Common issues

Over time, sediment and leaf matter, sand or mineral deposits can settle to the bottom of your water tank.

Depending on the integrity of your tank and the type of water supply, this can affect the quality and safety of your water for you and your family.

This sediment can also cause excessive blockage of your filters which can be costly over time.

The cleaning process

All tanks can be cleaned including tanks on stands, concrete and plastic tanks, or underground tanks.

My cleaning equipment is portable and I can carry it to the majority of tank locations without the need to drive right up to the tank.

Your tank should be full as possible. To clean the tank, I will remove the sludge and sediment from the bottom without needing to empty the tank. This is ideal if you are collecting rainwater and do not know when it will rain again next.

During the cleaning process you will retain 90% of the rainwater that is collected and it is safe to consume immediately after servicing.
